Job Description:
Our sales representatives run incoming leads that are qualified and scheduled by our in-house staff. The sales representative is responsibility includes meeting with potential clients, presenting a company estimate (VIA COMPANY ESTIMATOR), and selling the homeowner on the estimate presented. A sales representative will be expected to spend at a minimum, one hour with a potential client. Once the initial consultation is completed, the representative will be expected to follow up with the prospective client for a minimum of one month after the initial consultation. Good communication skills are required for this position. A solid Sales Representatives can expect to make over $100k a year in commission. Sales representative will be provided a company vehicle to run leads if driving record is clean, a gas card will be provided on an as needed basis. We do not limit ourselves to storm restoration. We do retails work, and new construction as well and we have a commission plan for each! All customer communication will be done via our CRM through emails, texting, and calls. All of your communication with our customers will be documented and logged.
