You should be reliable, a fast learner, a great communicator, and able to get great shots of homes to put into an intro and outro for long for videos. I have the exact shots you will need to take shown in my most recent Youtube videos.
I have grown a YouTube channel to 80,000-300,000 views monthly simply using my iPhone and a DJI Gimbal.
