Join our team as a Service Technician!

Expansion of our existing Service Team has created openings for Technicians of all skill levels. INDEPENDENT SHOP TECHS, Firestone, Goodyear, Pepboys. Auto Techs this is your opportunity to work in the dealer world and become the master tech and reach the elite status you have worked so hard to achieve.

Our professionally managed Service Centers are experiencing record growth, business is very good. We have Technicians flagging record pay periods. Job Responsibilities include:

• Perform Journey level Maintenance and Repair work
• Multi Point Inspections are required on all vehicles in for service
• Use online resources to guide in diagnosis and repair
• Organize and maintain workload to meet promise times
• Maintain a clean work area, return customer vehicles in top condition
• Effectively communicate status of repairs and needed services with Advisor and Management
• Participate in a supportive Team environment that embraces the development of Junior Techs
• Experience with Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge and major plus

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• A team player focused on providing exemplary service
• Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable
• Be upbeat, positive and enthusiastic
• Must have a valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record
