Are you interested in exploring the possibilities of the car business. Are you an experienced automotive sales consultant but want to make more money? Are you fluent in any other languages? We have a thorough training program.

Paid Time Off
  • All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
  • Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date.

  • The $4000 signing bonus is contingent on the candidate having at least 2 years of sales experience with an Authorized Dealer. The Bonus will be paid after proof of work history in two installments, half after the first month and another half after 90 days of qualified employment. Other Candidates can earn up to $3000 signing bonus after 90 days of qualified employment if qualified and discussed at hire. All bonuses need a signature from management upon hire or it is null and void, the employee should keep a copy.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Automotive sales experience is highly preferred but not necessary for this role; other sales experience will be considered with steady work history
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills including listening, speaking and presenting
  • Outgoing personality with ability to effectively establish rapport; developing and fostering professional relationships with the customers and colleagues
  • Exhibit determination to address and overcome customer objections during the sales process
  • High personal achievement standards
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Professional Appearance
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
