- The $5000 signing bonus is contingent on the candidate having at least 2 years of sales experience with an Authorized Dealer. The Bonus will be paid after proof of work history in two installments, half after the first month and another half after 90 days of qualified employment. $2500 signing bonus can be earned as a signing bonus for those that have at least two years of automotive dealership sales experience that can be earned after 90 days of qualified employment. Other Candidates can earn up to $1000 signing bonus after 90 days of qualified employment if qualified and discussed at hire. All bonuses need a signature from management upon hire or it is null and void, the employee should keep a copy.
- Automotive sales experience is highly preferred but not necessary for this role; other sales experience will be considered with steady work history
- Excellent customer service and communication skills including listening, speaking and presenting
- Outgoing personality with ability to effectively establish rapport; developing and fostering professional relationships with the customers and colleagues
- Exhibit determination to address and overcome customer objections during the sales process
- High personal achievement standards
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Professional Appearance
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
