SUMMARY

This position prepares documentation, maintains records, and coordinates shipment of product in an effective and efficient manner, according to specifications and regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following)

• Display and promote company values (ASPIRE: Attitude, Safety, Passion, Integrity, Relationship, and Evolve)
• Prepare shipping documents and labels.
• Ensure the cost effectiveness of shipping methods.
• Resolve discrepancies regarding shipments and/or documentation
• Understand and adhere to customer standards.
• Recommend process improvements for increased efficiencies.
• Firm understanding and compliance with company’s Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Practices
• Regular attendance
• Perform quality inspections to ensure standards are met before shipping.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification as needed.
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a relatable field preferred
• Experience with ERP software preferred.
• Knowledge of databases and ability to create reports preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP’s, OSHA rules and regulations preferred.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations preferred.
• Knowledge of material inspection methods and techniques preferred.
• Knowledge of UPS/FedEx computer programs preferred.
