- Help individuals struggling with mental health get better and stay better by providing evidence based techniques.
- Manage your caseload and schedule.
- Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the EMR system.
- Participate in weekly individual and group supervision.
- Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care to assist the clients and work on treatment goals.
- 40 hour work week - Complete 33 direct clinical hours weekly.
- Conduct individual, group, and couple/family psychotherapy utilizing evidence based techniques.
- Attend 1-2 hours of weekly individual and group supervision.
- A minimum of two evenings and two early mornings per week. Weekend hours are optional.
- Complete all intake assessments, individual, family/couples, and group counseling progress notes within a timely manner.
- Complete treatment plans and discharge summaries within a timely manner.
- Managing your own Rainier Center email and responding to clients and colleagues in a timely manner.
