We are a premier provider of quality restoration work for flood & fire restoration, mold remediation throughout the US and CA. The Mitigation Manager position we seek to fill will be serving North County San Diego.
REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge & Experience in all areas of Water/Fire/Mold Restoration with a strong emphasis in Applied Structural Drying. IICRC/CLEAN TRUST up to date Certification (Preferred)
o Knowledge of Xactimate is helpful
o A proven track record of successful project management
o Clean Driver's License is required to apply and to maintain during employment
o Applicant must be willing to submit to a background check and drug testing
o Good communication skills
o Work is physically demanding.
o Teamwork and organization skills a must
o Must be computer literate
o Monday through Friday but flexible hours are required for position with some nights and weekends.
o Willing to learn our systems
