Railroad Square Craft House in Tallahassee, FL is looking for one back of house (boh) to join our team. We are located on 620-1 Railroad Square. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

*Being able to open and/or close the kitchen in an efficient manner *Provide quality food to guests *Listen, learn, and maintain standards of operation. *Good understanding of food safety. *The ability to not be micromanaged and get all tasks completed. *Must be available for Nights and weekends. (First Friday is a non-negotiable day)

Qualifications

*Motivated to do what is necessary to keep the restaurant clean *Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal *Great organizational skills *Proven work experience in a back of house role *Experience in a kitchen and with prep work.

We are looking forward to reading your application. Pay depends on experience. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Shifts start at 9 am, 11 am, 4pm, 5pm. Must have reliable transportion.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $15.00/hour.
