Description

RaganSmith is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician based in our Nashville office. This position is responsible for assisting with maintaining all company networks, equipment, and software. This role will assist as a system administrator for all three offices in Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Chattanooga. Occasional day travel to these offices is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency with company servers and networks
• Assist with company cyber security efforts and awareness
• Provide assistance for employee and system troubleshooting
• Maintain company equipment and build new machines as needed
• Provide equipment and system access for new employees 
• Install and configure system software
• Additional related duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of related IT or system administration experience
• Familiarity with managing databases and system networks
• Ability to communicate proficiently and problem solve
• Excellent time management and organization
• Experience with Office 365, Adobe Cloud, and AutoCAD preferred
