RadNet is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Near Rochester, NY

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition, and will be responsible for all early talent attraction at high schools, trade schools, colleges, universities, and other programs within our national footprint. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for collaborating with current RadNet clinicals operations on student programs, sourcing, and attracting talent for the Talent Acquisition Partners on all open positions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and RadNet Clinical Operations to understand recruitment needs including knowledge, skill, and requirements of positions to design and execute innovative talent sourcing plans to build targeted talent pools and talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Develops and maintain relationships with professional organizations, high schools and college, and community organizations to identify and recruit a diverse slate of candidates for all positions. Contacting high school career counselors for providing informative brochures about our company's internship programs. Liaise with other teams for designing internship programs and defining hiring needs.
  • Attending school job fairs to interact with students as well as promoting our company's employer brand
  • Planning and coordinating career events for recent graduates and students
  • Advertising current job openings to college alumni communities and schools.
  • Collect and maintain market data/intelligence for recruitment and hiring managers that reflect the availability of talent in key markets and/or linked to specific requisitions.
  • Develops a deep knowledge of business functions and their competitive landscape in the market.
  • Performs advanced sourcing including social media, internet and database mining. (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc))
  • Communicates a regular status report of searches on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Plan, execute, track, maintain social media campaigns, email blasts, on-campus initiatives, career fairs, networking events, student presentations, and academic calendars.
  • Engage in lead generation methods: warm and cold-calling, job boards, employee referral bonus program.
  • Promote company brand and culture with active & passive candidates.
  • Projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years candidate sourcing and school recruitment experience required.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and social media applications.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (experience formatting pivot tables with various formulas).
  • Ability to educate on open roles and positively present to potential passive candidates.
  • Ability to manage time proficiently while meeting deadlines with speed and efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel, drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.

Working Environment

Remote with 50% travel requirement

Pay range:
$70000 - $80000 / salary
