Looking for a LINE COOK / PREP COOK with at least 2 year of prep experience/restaurant experience
Line cooks must be able to:

• Cook proteins
• Follow detailed recipes
• Work with a sense of urgency
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Ensure all sanitation measures are complied with
• Put received orders away
• Maintain clean, food-safe dish and prep stations throughout shift
• Follow proper knife safety procedures
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu ingredients
