Job Title: Medical Scribe
Assignment type: 13 weeks contract, 100% onsite
Location: Tarzana, CA 91356
Pay Rate: $23/Hour
Contract: 13 Week
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 – 17:00)
Job Summary:
- Accompany physician during patient encounter
- Transcribe the physician-dictated patient history
- Transcribe the physical examination findings and procedures performed by the physician
- Transcribe the results of laboratory and radiographic studies
- Transcribe patient education and explanation of risks and benefits of procedures performed by the physician
- Transcribe pending orders for referrals, tests, medications, and procedures as dictated by the physician
- Transcribe all proper diagnoses and symptoms, follow-up instructions, and prescription information as directed
- Prepare and edit the scribed document for physician review and signature.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience as a Medical Scribe
- COVID with Booster Required
- Experience with CS Link/Epic
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
