Summary: You will ensure a superior patient experience and support the clinical team administratively. From the moment each visitor arrives and throughout their entire visit, you will provide a VIP-level experience. The requirements for this position include:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • A superior understanding of high-profile client needs and preferences
  • A polished and professional appearance and manner
  • Consistently provide an extremely high level of service at all times
  • A solid understanding of insurance plans and ability to confirm patient's benefits and eligibility
  • Calculate and collect payments such as co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance
  • Ability to quickly analyze a situation, come up with solutions, and implement them effectively
  • Schedule appointments and manage clinician schedules
  • Computer and Internet savvy
  • Stellar ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people, both in writing and verbally

Qualifications and Skills
2 years minimum experience in a hospitality or customer service-driven environment
Thorough understanding of computer and internet applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Chrome and Firefox browsers, and other clould-based applications
