Responsibilities

• Sell RadioAlabama’s suite of radio, digital, and print publication assets to advertisers and clients while meeting monthly sales quotas
• Ensure that clients feel valued and prioritized in all interactions
• Cultivate friendly and professional relationships with clients
• Pay attention to detail in all aspects of account management
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to generating innovative advertising ideas and solutions
• Work collaboratively with management and team members to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and develop strategic solutions
• Thrive in high-pressure situations, thinking on your feet to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities to drive results for clients and the company
• Follow internal processes and procedures for account management, utilizing RadioAlabama's CRM system to track sales activity accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate respect for authority and company leadership
