Our state of the Art Medical Sales team needs an Associate Territory Manager who has B to B or initial sales experience. We're looking for a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success. We are a rapidly and steadily growing group with a talented support staff focusing on Patient Care First. Because of our growth, we need an Associate Territory Manager who can usher us into the next phase of our development in this warm territory and ensure that we continually meet our sales and company objectives.
Associate Territory Managers responsibilities and duties:
· Follow specific Sales Process Model to create sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions
· Collaborate with Account Management teams current best practices and use emerging technology and intelligence to improve our overall sales in the market
· Create positive and lasting relationships with our physicians and facilities
· Assist in management of current accounts
· Have “Buy In” to current Accountability Measures
· Help improve brand awareness and social media presence in cooperation with the marketing departmen t
Territory Manager skills
· Successful experience in outside sales
· Bachelor's Degree is preferred
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· “What Else Can I Do” attitude towards Territory and Accountability
