Benar News is a digital media platform at Radio Free Asia that provides clear and accurate news on security, politics and human rights on the local and regional level in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh, and Pacific island nations. We are seeking a Social Media Editor to help grow our social media and SEO presence, and engage with English-speaking targeted audiences.
This is a full-time position, open to candidates based in Manila, Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur, and reports directly to Audience Engagement Lead in Washington D.C. The candidate must be willing to work in the late afternoon/early evenings in order to collaborate with colleagues in Washington D.C.
