Job Duties:

• Maintains a high level of employee engagement and positive company culture
• Plays a key role in the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the department
• Focuses highly on leadership and strategy to achieve department growth
• Ensures quality of work and customer satisfaction are maintained to the Radiant standard
• Reviews Daily Pace Report – identifies department priorities, challenges, and resource needs
• Continues to look for top talent to enhance the team
• Maintains proper pricing for all departments and updates regularly
• Manages and negotiates vendor contracts and relations
• Ensures direct cost percentages on income statement are at or above budget/at or above benchmark by department

What you need:

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required.

Experience: 3 years of operations management experience in the home services industry required. (Ex: HVAC,Landscape, Solar, Electrical, Plumbing, Windows, Pest Control, etc.) Experience managing budgets, headcount, revenue, and high level reporting.

Computer Skills: Highly proficient with all Microsoft platforms. Must be able to accurately type with 40 WPM average. Proficient Excel skills. Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
