Location: Central - Radiant City Center, Richland, and Portage

Supervisor: Production Director

Employment Status: Class V, salary exempt

Position Purpose:

The Project Manager will provide professional experience in multiple contextual levels of production and coordination to all aspects which will enable the production team to move further and faster into the next season God is moving Radiant Church. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Asset and inventory management 

• Volunteer and staff training systems development/implementation

• Online Broadcast event schedule management prayer, weekend service, and special events

• Project deployment, Management, and communication
• Quality Control and execution of production in all radiant environments
• Other duties and events as needed 

• Assist in Sunday morning services

• Assist in Daily prayer services

• Audio, Video, & Lighting experience

• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ that results in a life lived in obedience to the will of God as described in the Word of God, evident by spiritual fruit and the desire to grow in the Lord
• Supports the works of the ministry of Radiant Church
• Beliefs consistent with Radiant Church’s “Statement of Faith”
• Willing to become, if not already, a partner of Radiant Church within 6 months of employment
