We are seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator who speaks Mandarin to join our Investor Relations team. As an Investor Relations Coordinator, you will manage a portfolio of investors in an office workflow with an emphasis on creating and delivering a unique client experience. This in office position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities. This role provides investor support through interacting directly, and ensuring accurate investor financials, as well as thoroughly acting as a liaison to answer all investor related questions. The role will also perform other practice management tasks relating to client service as needed.
Responsibilities:
● Provide one-on-one investment guidance in Mandarin and English. You will connect clients to various investment opportunities within Rad Diversified that help them meet their financial goals and outlooks
● Manage FuseDesk cases- taking cases from team members as needed and handling communication with the FuseDesk support team when technical issues arise.
● Build genuine, long-term relationships through nurturing relationships with weekly communication via phone call, email and text and over sales related platforms (HubSpot, RingCentral, Zoom, Google, etc.)
● Support the onboarding of new investors with virtual meetings that dive deep within the goals of your investor, and provide the investment opportunities within the organization.
● Manage your investors portfolio with accuracy by maintaining and upkeeping, investor financial reports, documents, correspondence, and spreadsheets
● Support efforts for compliance and regulatory matters
● Flexible attitude with the desire to develop organized processes to help improve workflows and both internal and external communications
Requirements:
● Ability to communicate fluently in both Mandarin and English
● Outstanding communication skills and strong attention to detail
● Robust consulting, influencing and client engagement skills
● Proactivity and resourcefulness with the ability to balance service, risk/compliance policies and financial goals
● Ability to establish trust and rapport with a positive demeanor, and active listening
● Coach-ability; receive and implement feedback and an aspirations for more than baseline expectations
● Ability to use and understand online applications - CRM, Google Office, Microsoft Office, Excel, Gmail and more.
● A team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who can work both independently and collaboratively, often in tight deadlines
● Financial and investment analysis capabilities, including clear and thorough understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques used by financial and investment professionals
● Strategic thinker with ability to adapt quickly to a high-growth, fast paced environment
Experience:
● Moderate to excellent knowledge of investment terminology
● 2 years of experience in real estate or financial services (IRA’s & other retirement savings)
● 4 years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment
