We are a Real Estate Investment Trust. We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team in Exton, PA. The person in this role will support the management of our portfolio of single-family homes and offer top notch customer service to our tenants. The Property Manager will act as a liaison between tenants and other departments to ensure maintenance, billing and unit turnovers are handled in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and questions regarding leasing inquiries, schedule walkthroughs, and confirm prequalification of income & credit score for leads/applicants
• Assist with the move in and move out processes according to best practices
• Reach out to tenants regarding renewals
• Coordinate and liaise between maintenance, vendors, and tenants to complete service requests
• Create and enter bills as needed
• Follow up and follow through with evictions, delinquencies, and ejectments in accordance with best practices and local laws
• Obtain rental, vacant, occupancy permits & maintain records of certifications
• Any other projects designated by the Director of Real Estate.

Required Skills/Abilities (education, prior work experience, special skills, etc.)

• 2 years of experience in property management
• Customer service oriented with excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to plan and monitor work according to priorities, deadlines and emergencies
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with AppFolio is a huge plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $57,000.00 per year
