Title: SharePoint UI/UX Developer

Location: Washington, DC

Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week

Clearance: Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)

Position Overview:

Rackner is seeking a qualified SharePoint UI/UX developer with an active TS/SCI clearance to support our operations at the State Department. This individual will be instrumental in maintaining, improving, and optimizing our SharePoint environment to ensure seamless collaboration and communication within the department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and support the SharePoint infrastructure.
• Design and implement SharePoint solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure optimal functionality.
• Maintain and administer SharePoint services, including search, content hub, and user profiles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
• Ensure the security and compliance of all SharePoint sites, adhering to established departmental protocols.
• Provide user training and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure the integration and alignment of systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Active (or recent formerly active) TS/SCI security clearance.
• Familiarity with the SharePoint framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, service applications, and O365 integration.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations and upgrades.
• Strong understanding of information security best practices related to SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
