RAB Lighting is investing in the business and is currently seeking a Financial Analyst, who will join a critical team at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations. Your analytical and strategic insights will support all areas of the business from departmental budgets through inventory management and corporate strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work across the business to provide financial and decision-making support by means of short- and long-term forecasts and ad hoc modeling requests.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with the rest of the finance team using a bottoms-up approach.
• Prepare management and Board of Directors reporting packages and presentations.
• Maintain constant communication with business leaders to provide support and understand the changing needs of the business.
• Manage ad hoc requests for analysis, data modeling and information from business partners across the organization.
• Monitor key metrics including sales performance and inventory.
• Assist in month end closing procedure, audit, and regulatory compliances.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analysis or similar field; MBA a plus

Experience

• 2 years of relevant business or financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel modeling skills are required
• Consumer product industry is a plus
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus
• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, consulting, data modeling, corporate strategy, business operations or other finance functions
• Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to develop models and generate insights
• Strong communicator with collaborative approach and comfort working cross-functionally
