- Professionally represent RVI’s quality program, manuals, and procedures to customers
- Ensure that products work as intended, do not contain imperfections or weakness, and can withstand prolonged use
- Understand the quality procedures, audits, and surveillances
- Maintain quality standards during material review, inspections, and reading results
- Verify inspection record compliance and proper documentation compliance
- Perform dimensional inspection using basic and complex medial inspection tools
- Perform gauge calibration (verification) as required
- Verify hydrostatic/pneumatic tests are properly executed by established procedures
- Perform receiving inspections, audits, and surveillances when required
- Review supplier proposals for compliance to contract requirements when requested by the Quality Assurance Manager
- Comply with all safety requirements
- Continue to learn and qualify in all aspects of inspection
- Able to understand and interpret design and manufacturing drawings
- Understand ASME and NQA-1 Quality Systems
- Communicate effectively in both written and oral manner
- Qualified to perform UT thickness readings
- Two or four year college degree or relevant experience in inspection activities
- Everyday bending, crouching, stooping, standing, and overhead reaching
- Everyday exposure to moving machinery, dust, dirt, grease or other disagreeable elements
- Lifting up to 50lbs
- Must be able to pass and complete a physical assessment
