Hanner Industries, a machine shop with over 50 year history, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join their team!
As Quality Control Inspector, you'll collaborate heavily with the production team as you ensure and execute a variety of quality duties across multiple customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily shop inspections, in-process and final
- Learning and operating Quality Equipment (Calipers, Pin Gauges, Micrometers, and others)
- Tracking gauge Calibrations making sure they are current
- Investigate root cause and corrective actions
- Knowledge of Liquid dye penetrant inspections is a plus! We can train!
- Material traceability
- Prepare Dimensional inspections and reports
- To be considered for this Quality role, you should have 4 years' experience plus:
- a robust portfolio of similar manufacturing work
- are familiar with measuring devices such as – tape measure, micrometers, calipers, indicators.
- Detail orientated
- Positive attitude, Team player
- Self-starter
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 (e.g., Excel, Word)
