Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive needs and providing exceptional customer service. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and services for their automotive needs
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products, pricing, and warranties
- Process customer transactions, including cash handling and credit card transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and address any concerns or issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
