We are looking for an individual that can be a part of our team at RiRa Portland as a Supervisor who will also have Lead Host duties. The position is Full-Time and will encompass a range of day and evening shifts. We are looking for an experienced candidate that has some supervisory experience, this role will act as an extension of the management team for staff and guest relations during certain shifts.

What You Will be Doing

- Acts as an extension of the management team with regards to assisting staff and addressing guest issues during certain shifts
- Greeting guests on arrival with a warm and friendly welcome
- Managing the Reservation System and floor / seating charts, including entering reservations into the system and blocking off days / spaces as required
- Accurately quoting wait times and escorts guests to designated table
- Following up with guest requests, either directly or via the assigned Bartender / Server - Communicating with the kitchen with regards to open menus, upcoming parties and with regards to wait timing, and with the Events Manager with regards to party arrivals
- Assisting Servers and Bartenders in maintenance and cleaning of service utensils and service equipment as required
- Bussing tables (clearing plates, cups, glassware and condiments etc.)
- Resetting tables to standard
- Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing requested information as able
- Accommodating and processing “To Go” orders, merchandize orders and / or door cover as required
- Ensuring that the Host Stand (and all other assigned relevant areas) is maintained in an organized, clean and sanitary manner
