R R Human Resources Solutions is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales/Account Manager

Cook’s Direct, Inc., located in Warrenville, Illinois, is a distributor and the reselling leader of commercial kitchen supplies and equipment for large volume foodservice operations. Our employees strive to provide the best products and most knowledgeable response to our customers.

We are seeking a sales-oriented, energetic individual, who will be responsible for responsible for institutional sales with quotes, orders, bids, customer inquiries and problem resolution. This position reports to the VP of Sales. This position also supports the project team and education team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support segment specific customer accounts
  • Initiate quote requests to manufacturers and manufacturer reps
  • Process orders and quotes (MS Business Central & AutoQuotes) 
  • General customer quote/order follow up through completion
  • Assigned specific territory to assist customer with all needs
  • Update customer records in Business Central & CRM
  •  Make outbound calls to current customers within territory
  • Add value to the customer and company by cross-selling and up-selling appropriate products
  • With discretion and independent judgment, solve customer issues quickly and effectively
  • Attend in-house training opportunities to assist in learning the industry

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Thorough understanding of customer relations, operations, and sales
  • Ability to diagnose customer problems and prescribe effective solutions
  • Conscientious, organized, detail and result oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Clear and pleasant phone voice using appropriate diction
  • Compose business letters, e-mails, and quotations free from errors
  • Have basic math skills
