BAPS is now hiring a full-time Customer Support Specialist.
Hours are: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm
NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS!
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for helping customers with their sales needs including: ordering and invoicing, mixing paint, inventory, and assisting with customer deliveries. Apply today!
Responsibilities include:
- Assists walk-in customer base with product and usage questions as well as sales needs
- Answers incoming phone calls and takes phone orders from customers while recording information accurately and with a positive and courteous demeanor
- Accurately processes work through the company computer system to include but not limited to: Purchase orders, work orders, customer invoices, etc.
- Unloads merchandise from trucks and breaks down pallets/boxes
