Experience:

• Preferably experienced in real estate, property management, or related fields
• Proven track record in project or team management, from conception to execution
• Experience in website management, logistics, and customer service is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Lead the launch and management of the sign post installation service, overseeing online platform setup and day-to-day operations
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to acquire and retain customers, driving revenue growth
• Manage inventory levels, including procurement, stocking, and monitoring of sign post supplies and equipment
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of installers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate installation schedules and logistics to optimize efficiency and meet customer requirements
• Oversee website management tasks, including content updates, user experience enhancements, and online marketing endeavors
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to devise promotional campaigns and attract new clientele
• Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for business enhancement
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance and expansion of the sign post installation business
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform strategic decision-making and drive business success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
