A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INSTALLATION HVAC HELPER

As an Installation HVAC Helper position, you are eager to learn! You ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at Just Right Services. You assist with any tasks as needed. You go out in the field with HVAC Installers and help with installations. As you assist them, they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly install equipment. Once you've demonstrated installation capability and experience, you'll have the potential to be a Lead HVAC Installer!

You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow employees. You also spend some of your time taking classes and continuing to expand your HVAC knowledge and skills. INSTALLATION HVAC HELPER QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of basic tools
• 1-2 years of HVAC experience
• Able to pass an assessment test of basic HVAC
