Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer phones and email orders
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Chinese is a plus
- Experience in sales or office administration is a bonus
