Summary
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the Recruiter will identify, recruit, and screen potential employes for specific positions available at Wagner In addition, the Recruiter will research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related field required.
2. At least two years of HR or related experience is required.
3. At least 5 years managing all phases of the recruitment process and hiring process is highly preferred.
4. At least one year of human resources management experience is preferred.
5. At least 6 months of payroll experience is preferred.
6. HR Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is preferred.

10. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
11. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
12. Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
13. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
