The successful candidate will partner with our Hiring Managers and initiate sourcing opportunities in communities and schools. Home base will be our Downtown Milwaukee branch with outreach to our branches in Southeastern WI. If you have recruiting experience or are just out of school, we are looking for your input and ideas as we develop strategies together. Bring your exceptional communication and attention to detail skills. Solid computer skills in Microsoft office will be helpful as we continue to improve our processes.
