Salary: $42,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year, Salary commensurate with experience

ResponsibilitiesAcquire and organize bid documents
Review contract specs & drawings
Identify and determine scope of work
Create accurate detailed quantity ductwork and piping takeoffs using estimating software
Prepare bid documents
Communicate with vendors and subcontractors for quotes / proposals
QualificationsGood communication, organization, and follow up skills
Must be detailed oriented and have basic knowledge of HVAC Mechanical systems.
Must have experience doing accurate takeoffs.
Must be comfortable with using MS Word & Excel, Outlook, Adobe Pro, and learning new softwares.
Experience with HVAC Mechanical Estimating Softwares (Autobid, FastPipe, FastDuct, etc) a PLUS
Experience with AutoCad a PLUS
Experience with Trimble Autobid Mechanical and Sheet Metal is a MAJOR PLUS.
