Spearheaded by a leadership team with longstanding career histories in the industry and profound knowledge on how to disrupt it, they have grown to 108 FTEs, raised multi-million USD in venture capital and generated an 8-figure revenue in their first 3 years of trading.

Now looking at developing their team, we are seeking to hire an ERP Business Analyst. This pivotal position involves thoroughly analysing business procedures, compiling and detailing requirements, and overseeing the effective deployment, customization, and enhancement of the ERP system. Successful candidates will need a mix of business insight, technical proficiency, and effective communication abilities to grasp business demands, transform them into ERP solutions, and guarantee alignment with the organization's aims and objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and best practices, with experience working with ERP systems such as Odoo, NetSuite, Epicor, Infor, SyteLine, MS Dynamics, SAP Business One.
• Experience with business process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and ERP software configuration tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience working in an Agile environment.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and/or ERP systems (e.g., SAP certification) is a plus.
