About the Role

As a Technical Business Analyst at Quore, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for our users in the hospitality industry. You will work closely with developers to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications. Your technical expertise and business acumen will be crucial in driving the success of our products. This role is a hybrid role and will work in-person from the Franklin, TN Quore office 2-3 days a week.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into detailed technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, process maps, and use cases.
• Facilitate the prioritization of technical requirements and manage changes to baseline requirements through effective change management processes.
• Participate in developing and reviewing testing scenarios to validate the functionality of technical solutions against business requirements.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered to high-quality standards.
• Participate in software development life cycle activities, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, focusing on technical projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in the Atlassian and Microsoft suite of tools.
• Experience working on integration projects with nuanced technical requirements
• Experience with Agile methodologies and understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the hospitality industry, working in or with hotels or related technology providers.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MySQL, PHP, or JavaScript. Knowledge of systems integration and/or APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills: A proactive, critical thinker who is able to adapt in a fast-paced environment as an integrator on a cross- functional team.
