As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern.
**Position Overview:**
Quirk Auto Dealerships currently has a NEW position available in its Human Resources Internship Program. Interested candidates are students with reliable transportation, availability Monday-Friday, and a drive to learn. Quirk Auto offers opportunities to learn a wide array of skills while respecting your class schedule!
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Auditing
- Scanning
- Answering basic HR and benefits questions in person and over the phone
- Updating employee files
- Onboarding
- Screening applicants for hire
- Assisting Managers in recruiting quality employees
- Any other HR tasks assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
- Enrollment in a Bachelors degree in HR, business management or a related field
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with MS word, PowerPoint and Excel preferred
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A fine attention to detail
