Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team for a contract opportunity in Southfield, MI. This position offers the chance to work in various specialties, including Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, ER, ICU, L&D, Surgery, and Stepdown/PCU, providing a dynamic and rewarding experience for nursing professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Educating patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatment plans
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhering to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to maintain patient safety and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience in the chosen specialty
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, or other specialty certifications preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
