PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the face of our Charity Clients, delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Address inquiries about our Clients' initiatives and offerings
- Efficiently juggle tasks amidst changing priorities
- Collaborate both independently and within a team
- Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and reliability
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in retail, sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus!
- Quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills are highly valued
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities are a must
