Queen Bee Realty is seeking seasoned optimistic real estate professionals. We are a close-knit group of professionals, and we offer prequalified leads and set up appointments for agents that are known to close! We also offer a unique training program for new agents and old dogs too! Our training is set up to be in person. Activity oriented with unique ideas that everyone can learn from! Responsibilities:
- List and sell residential or commercial real estate.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Host open houses and other events.
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value.
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures.
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients.
- Show homes that are displayed on MLS.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attitude is everything, seeking agents that made it through 2023 with a smile!
- Real Estate License.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,718.34 - $200,230.69 per year
