Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed

- Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately

- Engage with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and adherence to age verification protocols

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in the food industry preferred

- Proficiency in using Heartland POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus

- Strong cash handling skills and ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team
