Job summary
The Shipping Clerk is a liaison between the Customer Service Department, the Warehouse and the Carriers. The function is to process quick, accurate, and efficient paperwork The Shipping Clerk is responsible for identifying potential problems and solving them for proper shipping and receiving for our customers. In addition, the Shipping Clerk recognizes our customer&s shipping and receiving needs and coordinates activities to make them happen in a timely and efficient manner.
