Overview:
Quality Time Components is located in Traverse City, Mi. QTC has long been established as the leading supplier of clock dials, pendulums, weight sets, and accessories. QTC was established over 40 years ago. We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for various duties various manufacturing processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment

Skills:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
