What to expect:
Quality Staffing Services has partnered with an established insurance firm on the Eastern Shore to hire their next Account Manager to assist sales professionals and provide excellent customer service support during the sales processes from start to finish. To succeed in the role of Account Manager, you must be a team player with excellent attendance, good communication skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
Salary: $17.00-$19.00, per hour

What you will get to do:

• Interact with customers to provide support by phone and email to provide information and answer questions
• Complete and submit applications
• Follow up with insurance carriers
• Provide support to the company’s sales and marketing department
• Other duties as assigned

You will bring these qualifications:
Experience: Mid-level Experience
Education Level: High School Diploma

• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent attendance and punctuality strongly required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Quick learner with ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
• Strictly adhere to privacy rules when dealing with confidential information
• Understanding of health plans, healthcare reform and terminology
• Must be able to become licensed in Life & Health
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
• Previous medical or insurance office experience preferred

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
