*Job Responsibilities

This position is_ 1st shift 7am-3:45pm M-F, pay $17 ~ $25/hr._

• Set-up CNC/EDM machines to perform machine functions on work piece.
• Performing G-Code programming to run CNC machines.
• Setting up and operating units.
• Blueprints and process sheets to determine the correct settings for units.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and Machine Cleaning.
• Generally, work with engineers to establish proper manufacturing methods
• Inspect finished work pieces to ensure tolerances.
• As well as monitoring machines during production runs to adjust machine controls and prevent errors.
• Operate two or more machines.
• Machines run at moderate and proper speed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities The skills to run CAD, CAM, software applications are helpful. Mathematical skills & Communication skills for CNC/EDM_MC. The ability to read micrometers, gauges, and probes are also helpful.

• -2 Yoneda Fanuc 15-M control.
• -Makino V55 Fanuc Pro 3 control.
• -Makino V56 Fanuc Pro 5 control.
• -YCM DVC 3021 B Fanuc MXP-208 FC control.
• -Toshiba BTD 110 Tosnuc control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
