Quality Life Services is Hiring a Human Resources (HR) Manager Near Butler, PA

Quality Life Services is looking to add a Human Resources (HR) Manager to our team!

As a Human Resources (HR) Manager you will be helping us provide exceptional care to our residents and patients by supporting the Human Resource functions for the long-term-care facilities in your region. Our HR Managers play a critical role in the support and onboarding of our staff.

About This Role

Quality Life Services is in needs of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to help assist at our facilities located in Butler and Armstrong Counties. You will split your time between locations in your territory to help support HR needs. You will have guidance and support from our Director of Human Resources.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Initiate and negotiate offers of employment to prospective employees
  • Coordinate and oversee new hire Welcome Days and orientation
  • Complete new hire onboarding and ensure compliance with all Department of Health and Department of Labor requirements
  • Responsible for overseeing timecard administration for employees at your assigned locations
  • Provide HR support and guidance to location leadership and employees as needed
  • Assist with interviews as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the Healthcare field preferred
  • Background in HR positions and experience working autonomously
  • Strong knowledge of HR related regulations and policies
  • Experience in onboarding, handling HR questions and issues, and hiring/recruitment
  • Exceptional organization and interpersonal skills
