Quality Inn Hackettstown is Hiring a Front Desk Near Hackettstown, NJ

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, answering phones, and assisting guests with any inquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Provide information about the hotel and its services.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Answer questions about the hotel and local area.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
