Job Description
Quality Inn and Suites St. Augustine Beach is under new Management and we are seeking a Guest Service Agent to become a part of our team! The position we are hiring for is 2 evening 3pm to 11pm and Night Audit 11pm to 3pm total of 4 days all weekdays.
Responsibilities:
- Register and assign rooms to guests
- Confirm phone and online reservations
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
- Collect payment from departing guests
- Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
