**Job Description**:
Norman Regional's Med-Surg RN working in the 4N unit can expect to be part of a 26-bed medical/surgical unit that cares for a diverse range of patients with complex medical conditions, including post-operative colorectal surgeries. We're seeking a high-energy RN to join our friendly team of healers! The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, collaborate well with other professionals, prioritize patient safety, and engage in inter-professional collaboration.
**Essential Functions**:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and analyze assessment data.
- Establish care goals and strategy, prioritize care, and implement interventions.
- Safely delegate tasks, provide direct and indirect nursing care, and assess responses to interventions.
- Perform additional nursing functions based on advanced knowledge and skills.
- Monitor pulse oximetry and demonstrate computer proficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) - Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
- Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare field - Preferred
- BLS Certification - Required
